Robert Santiago is a longtime entrepreneur and business person who began his journey by working for the family enterprise in Brazil. He is the son to Jose Santiago Roca and Carmen Gomes de Silva. Santiago established a carton manufacture firm that supplied companies with design boxes customized to fit their requests. He attended the Center for Joao Pessoa University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business. Before joining the campus, Robert pursued an undergraduate degree at Pio X-Marist College. In 1989, Robert bought a substantial piece of land in his town, Joao Pessoa, for private developments in real estate. Robert serves as a government official in the capital of Sao Paulo. Previously, he worked as the assistant president of the general committee of employees in Brazil. Robert is a council member of the Board of Labor Administration and Chamber of Duties for the civil society of Brazil.

One of Robert’s most acclaimed accomplishments while serving in administrative posts include the creation and redrafting of the policies and laws governing minimum wage and employment of public workers in Brazil. He was at the forefront of expanding Minha Casa to other areas in Brazil and presented a solution to the government that would see the establishment of governments for cities with a population of less than 200,000. In 2011, Robert received an award that honored his exceptional work in the superior labor court. His other awards include the Member of the year medal from the Congress in Focus Website, the Cebrasse Sector service prize, the Commerative Award from Consolidation of Labor Laws and recognition from Diap as one of the most powerful political figures in Brazil for seven years consecutively.
58-year old Robert Santiago is the owner of the urban and vast Brazil shopping mall, Manaira Shopping Centre. It has 280 stores in total and sits on a 75,000 square meter land. He commenced the construction in 1987 and opened it after two years. Some of the perks one should expect from the holistic mall include trending technologies, five-star dining options, and rooftop music concerts. Manaira has plenty of shops, modern-day theaters, huge gaming rooms, an electronically operated bowling alley, fitness centers and banks.
